I Behold the Christ in You!

Behold
00:00
I BEHOLD THE CHRIST IN YOU.
From time to time, I may find myself judging another person for their actions or choices. Yet condemnation does not help others change. The best way for me to help another person is to behold their divinity—the Christ in them.
I empathize with others, because I understand that everyone makes mistakes. We may try in vain to get satisfaction from the world, while deeply longing for the fulfillment only Spirit can bring. When we awaken to the Truth that we are sacred beings, we find the Source of true happiness and joy.
I let go of judgment and see the Truth in myself and others. The Christ is in all of us. I behold our sacredness with love and acceptance. I rest knowing we are One.

When I awake I shall be satisfied, beholding your likeness.—Psalm 17:15

Turn Within
00:00
I AM THE PEACE OF GOD.
I may experience sensory overload when the noise of television, the Internet, or social media disturb my concentration and sense of peace. To find my serenity, I turn down the volume of the outer world and experience the peace of God within.
I shut off any distracting devices and rest my awareness in the natural sounds of the present moment. Peace washes over me as I let go of the noise and close my eyes. I breathe deeply—inhaling Life—and experience the peace of God right here and now. Focused on the sacred space within where I abide with the Presence, I affirm: I am the peace of God.
As I emerge from meditation, I feel refreshed and reassured of ever-present peace.

Let your adornment be the inner self with the lasting beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit.—1 Peter 3:4

The Church That I Love Best

The church that I love best is small,
It is no grand pretentious hall
set round with works of holy art
It is the chamber of my heart.

Where else but in this secret place
May I catch glimpses of Truth's face,
And even catch, however dim,
A sense of being one with Him?

I have no church until I find
Holiness in my own mind;
Once found, wherever I may be,
Becomes the house of God for me.
