Meditation Practices
This class explores several different meditation practices. You will have an opportunity to experience these practices and discover ones that work best for you.
It is a weekly class starting Thursday February 8th through March 8th at 6:30 pm. The classes will be held at Unity of Hempstead 298 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead NY 11550 There is free parking across the street from the church in a lighted parking lot. The class is offered on an offering basis. All are welcome.
This class will qualify for credit with Unity Institute.
