Change Begins Within

Hi Friends;

This Sunday we will be discussing how true change begins within and then the outer world catches up.

You may remember that Myrtle Fillmore was caught by the truth that "as a child of God I inherit no illness", and began her healing prayer practice. Though she took this truth to heart she was not immediately healed on the outside, but over time was healed both inside & out.

Remember we must be both patient and persistent.

Before your prayer/meditation sessions you may want to recite or sing The Grace Chant:

Have a great weekend. See you Sunday.
Love

John

“The Grace Chant”
Into thy hands I commend my spirit, thy will is my will, heal me at depth so that I may glorify God.
Reveal that which needs to be revealed. Heal that which needs to be healed, so that I may glorify God.

What is Unity?

Charles Fillmore had this to say in answer to the question: What is Unity?

"Unity is a link in the great educational movement inaugurated by Jesus Christ:
Our object is to discern the truth of Christianity and prove it.
The truth we teach is not new, neither do we claim special revelations or discovery of new religious principles.
Our purpose is to help and teach mankind to use and prove the eternal truth taught by the Master."

All of the facts belong only to the problem,
not the solution.

This week I'll be sharing some quotes from our Sunday Message.
Enjoy! John

"You cannot solve the problem with the same kind of thinking
that has created the problem.
-Albert Einstein

Prayer is...

Prayer is not something we do

 to God but to ourselves.

It is not a position but a disposition.

It is not flattery but a sense of oneness.

It is not asking but knowing.

It is not words but feeling.

It is not will but willingness."

Hurricane Earl Getting Bigger

We beat Earl to Long Island! We were waiting in St. Vincent for Antigua to clear up so we could fly home. Thanks to all our friends in St. Vincent & Antigua who made it a great ending to our Caribbean Adventure, sailing from Antigua to Bequia.
See you Sunday!
